Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GMC Shop website (the "Site") and the purchase of any products offered through it. By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, materials, and dimensions are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration or the handmade nature of certain products. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to acceptance of your order. Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mispricing, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay, processed securely by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. Your card will be authorised at the time of order and charged upon dispatch. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We ship to all addresses in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Man. Standard delivery is free on orders over £20 and takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for £5.99 and arrives within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you have provided. If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. In addition, we offer a goodwill returns window of 30 days from the date of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Full details of how to initiate a return, refund timelines, and non-returnable items are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All products are sold with the benefit of a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@gmcshop.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, designs, and software, is the property of GMC Shop or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and database rights laws.

You may view, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising under or in connection with any contract for the supply of products is limited to the price paid for those products.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
